Below are a list of special circumstances that could result in a refund of your viewing deposit:
The owner does not show up or cancels the viewing.
If the location can no longer host the shoot on the dates you’ve discussed.
You and another team member booked viewings with the same location.
Any other circumstance deemed appropriate by Set Scouter.
Please keep in mind that we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis and can choose to credit the amount to the user’s account instead.
