Set Scouter usually works with fully-insured productions that have an insurance policy with a minimum of $1 million in commercial general liability.

Upon booking, Set Scouter will provide you with a certificate of insurance labelling your location as insured and collect a mandatory security deposit. Security deposits are held until the shoot wraps and you confirm that there is no damage or overtime. Learn more about how we collect security deposits.

In some cases, productions may request to book your space without insurance. Productions are required to disclose this information at their first contact with locations. You may decide to accept or decline any booking.
