Once an investigation is opened, the security deposit may be used for any claim or the insurance can be triggered.
The security deposit will not be used unless a claim is put forward by the homeowner. If there are claims of damage or overtime, Set Scouter will open an investigation to decide on the release of funds to the homeowner.
You can trigger a claim by letting us know within 48 hours of wrapping. Once your shoot wraps, you will receive an email from your account manager asking how the shoot went- please let them know any issues that may have come up. Payment will not be released until claims have been investigated and closed.
