Producers are negotiating my rate, what do I do?

Updated 7 hours ago

You are welcome to negotiate! We want to make sure that opening up your home is worth it for you and we don’t want you to miss out on any opportunity.

If a producer reaches out to you requesting a lower rate, it's up to you whether you would like to accept or decline each production.

Once you've agreed to a rental rate, no need to do anything or change your listing — the producer will have the opportunity to submit the rate you’ve discussed when they book.

If you're not interested in their initial offer to book your space, let them know what you'd feel more comfortable with! Some productions may love your space so much that they'll try to accommodate your request.
