The production company is responsible for protecting and cleaning the space to ensure that it’s returned to the same condition it was rented. The production company is also responsible for disposing of any refuse from the shoot. Garbage, recycling, and compost bags should not be left at the location unless discussed with the location owner beforehand.

If you feel you won’t have enough time to leave the space in proper condition, we suggest adding cleaning and garbage services at the time of booking.
