The price visible on each listing includes the location's rental rate and Set Scouter’s service fee.

Location Rental Rate

The price is set by the owner when listing their space. The rates displayed are based on a crew size of roughly 15 people. This rate can be negotiated with the owner though the Set Scouter messaging platform.

Set Scouter’s Service Fee

This fee is collected by Set Scouter upon booking and is calculated as 20% of the submitted rental rate. If you negotiate a lower or higher amount for the rental, the service fee will adjust accordingly.

Please keep in mind that locations cannot negotiate or discount the service fee on Set Scouter’s behalf. Set Scouter service fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
