• Tell them about yourself and production

• What you love about this space or particular feature

• What rooms or portions of the space you need

• How long will you'll need the space

• How many people you're expecting

• If they can accommodate your budget

When you get a sense that the owner is onboard for your production, go ahead and book a viewing.
