A viewing typically takes around 15-30 minutes. We encourage you to get to know the producer and talk about expectations for both parties. We recommend discussing anything that may be important on the day of production, including;

• Dates and availability

• Off limit spaces

• Hours and schedule

• Crew size

• Rental rates

• Any other necessary details (i.e. pets, restrictions, house rules)
