Below are a list of special circumstances that could result in a refund of your viewing deposit:

  • The owner does not show up or cancels the viewing.

  • If the location can no longer host the shoot on the dates you’ve discussed.

  • You and another team member booked viewings with the same location. 

  • Any other circumstance deemed appropriate by Set Scouter. 

Please keep in mind that we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis and can choose to credit the amount to the user’s account instead.
