We're open to support production
The Province of Ontario is in Stage 3 of reopening, allowing all film and television production activities to resume while maintaining physical distancing whenever possible. Set Scouter, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is open to support productions booking locations and services with our messaging and payments platform. However, Set Scouter is not liable for users who fail to comply with local stay-at-home laws. We encourage all users to follow municipal, provincial/state, or federal guidelines on stopping the spread of COVID-19.

Our responsibilities during bookings
Set Scouter does not vet locations or its users. We are not responsible for the cleanliness of the location, before or after the production. The producer and location are responsible for providing a safe environment for those involved. Set Scouter is not liable for any infectious incidents on set.
All users shall indemnify and hold Set Scouter (and each of our officers, directors, and employees) harmless from any third-party claim, demand, action, damage, loss, cost or expense, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out or relating to your use of our Services or alleging facts or circumstances that, if true, could constitute your breach of any of these Terms.
