If there are damages during the production, please contact your account manager to open a claim within the appropriate 48 hour claim window as set out in your booking confirmation email.
Unless a claim is made, damage or overtime claims cannot be submitted against the producer's security deposits. Set Scouter will investigate claims to determine the release of funds to locations. Set Scouter cannot accept certain claims because of the complexity of the resolution process. Learn more about claims that cannot be submitted through Set Scouter.
Please keep in mind that location rental payments will not be released until claims have been investigated and closed.
