Preparation and communication are huge factors in settling damage claims easily, and ultimately avoiding it all together!

Here are a few suggestions to make sure everything goes smoothly:

Do a walkthrough with a member of the production crew before the production, pointing out anything that needs special attention.
Do a walkthrough at the end of everyday, looking for anything amiss.
We strongly suggest you to take photos if any damage is found.

Communicate any areas that may be off-limits.
Put away belongings of high-value into a private area.

If there is any damage, please let your account manager know immediately. 

You have 48 hours to make a damage claim, but claims cannot be investigated once payment is released.
