Misrepresenting yourself
Location owners and producers should not provide a false name or contact information, maintain duplicate accounts, or create an account if under 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Location owners and producers must be able to legally enter into a contract.
Misrepresenting locations
Location owners should not provide inaccurate location information, double-book, mislead people about the type, nature, or details of your location, set up fake or fraudulent listings, leave fraudulent reviews, engage in deceptive pricing (i.e., not including federal, state/provincial, local/municipal taxes or additional fees not included on the listing price), or fail to disclose hazards and habitability issues.
