Congratulations! When your space is booked, a Set Scouter account manager will take care of the following:
- Collect your payment and a security deposit prior to the production.
- Collect a co-insurable certificate with your name and address listed, to make sure your location is adequately insured.
- Monitor the agreed upon hours and collect a penalty for any overtime.
- Review applicable damage claims.
- Provide customer support every step of the way!
