The service fee (sometimes called Set Scouter fee) is paid to Set Scouter by the producer to help cover the costs of our services and platform. This is collected from the production company. Unlike other platforms, locations don’t pay commissions or percentages of their rental fee to Set Scouter

  • 20% service fee for all bookings.
  • The minimum service fee is $50.
  • Set Scouter service fees do not cover cleaning services, deposits, or any extra add-ons.

Please do not include the service fee in your negotiation with producers. The service fee is calculated as a percentage of the rental and will adjust based on the amount agreed upon with the production.

Please note that location’s cannot discount any service fees on Set Scouter’s behalf.
