Set Scouter may sponsor contests, awards, film festivals, and other events. Below are our policies towards Set Scouter credits. Credit awarded are to be used for location rental services on Set Scouter

  1. Set Scouter credits are awarded in $25 increments, up to a maximum of $200.
  2. Currency is localized to the location's region (i.e. bookings in California are in U.S. Dollar, bookings in Ontario are in Canadian Dollar).
  3. Credits may only be applied to the Set Scouter service fee.
  4. Up to a maximum of $200 can be applied to each booking. No refunds or cash rebates will apply for unused Set Scouter credits (i.e. if your award is $300 in credits, only $200 may be applied to each booking).
  5. Service fee credits cannot span across multiple bookings for the same location and cannot be applied to the location rental fee or any add-on services on the Set Scouter website (i.e. cleaning, garbage).
