How do I decide on and communicate our production's hours?

We work with the hours you’ve agreed to with the location. You can negotiate any amount of hours and end time. Set Scouter is here to monitor that you do not stay on the property past the agreed upon hours.

Set Scouter will collect an overtime penalty if a production stays at the location beyond the agreed upon hours.

We do this to ensure that the location owners are treated with respect. It is up to the location owner to claim overtime, and once claimed, the overtime penalty is non-negotiable.

We encourage producers to communicate appropriate end times taking into account minor delays and wrapping up. Your entire crew should be off the property by the agreed upon end time.

Set Scouter does not process refunds for unused hours unless agreed upon with the location. The Set Scouter service fee on unused hours is non-refundable.
