What are the insurance and co-insurable certificate requirements?

Last updated on 27 Oct, 2025

Set Scouter requires that insured productions maintain a policy with a minimum of $1,000,000 in commercial general liability. We reserve the right to request a higher amount in special circumstances.

Productions are required to provide two co-insurable certificates (COI) for each booking. Your insurance provider should draft these free of charge:

  1. Location COI; Location full name or business name can be found on the booking accepted email

  2. Set Scouter COI; details listed below

🇺🇸 COI for US productions:

Set Scouter Inc.
440 N Barranca Ave #2348
Los Angeles, CA, 91723
United States

🇨🇦 COI for Canadian productions:

Set Scouter Inc.
2967 Dundas St. West, Suite 1676
Toronto, Ontario, M6P 1Z2
Canada

Insurance Certificate Requirements:

  1. Named Insured: This is you or your company.

  2. General Commercial Liability: Minimum $1,000,000

  3. Certificate Holder (information above)

Please send your insurance to help@setscouter.com. Once received, your account manager will forward them to the location.

If your production doesn’t have insurance, learn more here about uninsured productions.
