The service fee (sometimes called Set Scouter fee) is paid to Set Scouter by the producer to help cover the costs of our services and platform.

  • 20% service fee for all booking
  • The minimum service fee is $50
  • Set Scouter service fees do not cover cleaning services, deposits, or any extra add-ons

Please do not include the service fee in your negotiation with spaces. The service fee is calculated as a percentage of the rental and will adjust based on the amount agreed upon with the location.

Please note that the location cannot discount any service fees on Set Scouter's behalf.
